Katy Rexing

Spending almost 40 years Katy Rexing has been striving to find contentment, peace and joy – looking in all the wrong places. Assuming if only her four kids were a little older, her house a little cleaner, her body a little skinner, and her business a little bigger – then she’d be enough. Then she’d be worthy. Then she’d be happy.

Katy spent a lifetime trying to fix and control all the things on the outside, for something she didn’t understand was missing on the inside. After almost 40 years of perfecting perfection, and achieving ALL the things that should have brought her joy, she was left empty, exhausted, and aching for something different.

Slowly, she was reintroduced to meditation and mindfulness. Katy began to make little changes in my mindset and in her actions and began to say “no” to things that didn’t feel good and “yes” to those that did.

Katy is a wife, mother, certified meditation teacher, 200hr RTY, host of the podcast WithIn, and professionally trained chef. She lives with her husband and four children in Southern California.

JillFit started out as a daily fitness and nutrition blog back in 2010, when Jill Lockwood was a full-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor working 70+ hours a week.

Armed with an ACSM personal training certification and a Masters degree in Nutrition, she’d get home late from the gym and stay up all night blogging. Jill also slowly took on 1:1 fat loss coaching clients. Fast forward 18 months and JillFit had grown to a 6-figure online fitness brand with 5 fat loss coaches and over 100 virtual clients!

At that same time, Jill was overcoming my own body struggles. Over the next few years, Jill developed her own nutrition philosophy, #Moderation365 to automate consistent and healthy eating habits. Since then JillFit has helped over 10,000 women do the same using this method (we now certify coaches in #Moderation365)

In 2012 Jill launched her first business mentorship, Best of You Business and did her first 5-figure launch. Since then, JillFit has grossed over 6M in revenue and more importantly, helped thousands of health, fitness and nutrition professionals start and grow their online businesses so they can quit their 9-to-5s and create the time freedom, autonomy and fulfilling careers they’ve always dreamed of.

For over 30 years, Alandrea Boutique has been a cornerstone of Riviera Village, Redondo Beach, CA, offering more than clothing. It is a place where women feel seen, stylish, and celebrated. Founder Carolina Hartigan built the shop with entrepreneurial grit and heart, selling her car and moving back home to open its doors.

Her success comes from adaptability and deep community ties. “You can’t be stuck in what you think people want. You have to evolve with the times,” she says. That mindset kept the boutique thriving during the pandemic and personally delivered orders to loyal customers.

Nearly a decade ago, a breast cancer diagnosis reshaped her mission, deepening her commitment to helping women feel confident, especially during life’s hardest seasons. Today, she supports Cancer Support Community South Bay and offers personal styling to clients who need more than what the boutique offers. Her styling services give women the chance to discover pieces that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and confidence, creating a look that goes beyond fashion to empower how they feel each day.
