Nicole Sciacca
Nicole Sciacca is a Los Angeles–based movement coach, former professional dancer, and creator of Sweat & Stillness. She works with working moms, former athletes, professionals, and A-list celebrities, helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, mobility, and meditation.
Nicole teaches at Aviator Nation RIDE in Santa Monica and online at SweatandStillness.com, where she offers weekly classes, an on-demand library, audio meditations, and 1:1 coaching.
She’s a certified yoga teacher, mobility specialist
(FRCms, FRA), and Kinstretch instructor, host of the podcast SHOCK AND Y’ALL, and author of the bestselling children’s book YOLKED: A Story About Taking Chances.
Her mission is simple: help people move better, feel more, and reconnect with themselves.

Ashley Chaney
Meet Ashley - wife, mom, worship leader, singer, author and health enthusiast. With decades as a professional singer, dancer, personal trainer, choreographer and teacher she has overcome struggles with body image, food and how our bodies can be attached to our identities and value.
While coaching women in their nutrition and overall health, spending the last 12 years in the rooms of recovery relating to addiction, trauma and family dysfunction Ashley has a unique focus on how our life experiences show up in our “fitness” nutrition and physical health.
Her life mission and service to the world focuses on removing toxins from your body, home, mind, and soul and inspires people to break the cycle of family dysfunction, by loving ourselves and having grace through each life stage.

Samantha Warner
Seasoned creative, brand strategist and event producer with over two decades of experience in design, lifestyle, and wellness. From graphic designer to COO, she has worked with high-profile fashion, art, finance, and wellness brands, driving growth through creative vision and strategic leadership.
With a passion for healing and transformation from her own personal and family experiences, she has curated day workshops, retreats, summits, and large-scale events across Europe, the U.S., Africa and New Zealand.
Originally from England and now fulfilling her childhood dream of living in California with her husband and two girls, she meets Ashley, and together they envision a world where people reconnect with their emotions, honor their past identities, and empower women to embrace their authentic selves and divine worth.
